with the lights on and adjust the headlights to where they
light up the road as you desire.Hell you can even walk down the road 40-50 yards and look
back at the car to make sure your changes don't blind
oncoming traffic. Hell you can even squat down and simulate a Ford GT or
shifter-cart driver position and see if you blind them, or stand
on a step ladder to make sure you aren't blinding 18wheelers
either. How using a wall is a better idea than that is beyond me
